1. Overview This website is operated by Wandering Poppies. By visiting our site and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Custom Made-to-Order Products All products are custom made to order. Orders begin production promptly after placement. Because each item is produced specifically for you:

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is submitted.
  • Exceptions apply only for defects or errors on our part. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.

3. Customer-Supplied Artwork & Files When you submit artwork, logos, or design files for custom orders:

  • You confirm you own or have rights to use the submitted artwork.
  • Wandering Poppies is not liable for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution, improperly formatted, or incorrectly color-profiled files.
  • We reserve the right to decline any artwork that infringes on third-party intellectual property or violates applicable law.

4. Production & Turnaround Times Estimated production times are provided at the time of purchase and are subject to change due to order volume, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate delays promptly. Wandering Poppies is not liable for losses resulting from production or shipping delays.

5. Fundraiser & Group Orders For team or fundraiser orders:

  • Minimum order quantities may apply and will be disclosed at the time of ordering.
  • Orders are processed as a group and cannot be modified once the order window closes.
  • Fundraiser proceeds and disbursement terms are governed by the specific program agreement provided at the time of your fundraiser setup.

6. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property All site content — including logos, graphics, product designs, and text — is the property of Wandering Poppies and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wandering Poppies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page.
